    I guess they changed their minds Adryn, from the link you provided a couple of days ago I understood that they would delay it because of the languages not being included.

    No.

    What i said was, Ultimate was getting delayed. Of course, it only includes 5 languages. So perhaps its only certain languages in use with Ultimate that will deny it the update.

    Seems like that the feedback on the language packs that were on Connect for users testing it were ok, hence the early release....

    Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack 1

    DO remember if you installed a pre-release beta or RC then you WILL have to remove that before installing this final SP1 version as it does not support inplace upgrades, also note before installing the full SP1 as listed above, do visit Windows Update as there are a few pre-requisite updates to install first.

    Yes, I had a great download speed @ around 800KB. (from MS Download Center)
    I started the install and went out, came back, and it was a good install.
    So far, haven't noticed any problems. No news is good news as they say.
