Vista Startup Time: 2-3 Seconds!!??

    That site says it, but thats not reality.

    They had similar marketing hype for XP with fast startup and shutdown.

    What surprises me is that beta 1 wasn't supposed to be showing off the gui and other effects, as much as to get a basic copy out there for testers and devs. Beta 2 was supposed to be much more finished.

    Yet, MS has a screenshot on that page, pimping beta 1's look.


    I don't get it...:confused:
