Vista

Vista is too new to really provide much info on. In addition many of us have no plans or needs to purchase it. Thus it will be difficult for us to provide you with credible support related to it. Most of your questions about what software supports Vista really belongs in the Software Forum, but you can find some of the answers to this by just going to the download pages for the AntiVirus and Anti-Spyware directories on MG's home page and looking at the programs themselves. If you look in it, you will see that AVG, Avast, and Antivir (to name a few) are compatible with Vista. Since Sygate is an outdated and unsupported firewall, it is unlikely to work with Vista. You will have to update to a new program like ZoneAlarm if you do not trust the Microsoft firewall.

One of the key items with Vista's protection is UAC (User Account Control). Do not disable it even though it may drive you crazy.
