VMware Player and Win 10TP

I have Win 10TP in VMware Player along with XP and a few other VMs. It works fine but unlike all the other VMs I can't just pull the sides and corners of the VM screen and move it until the size, proportions and position suit my monitor. Instead I have to select the Win 10 screen res that gets me nearest to what I would like to have, and that isn't proving to be great - it's either too small or too big and I then have to use scroll bars to see it all.

I guess this is a problem with VMware Tools but it's a bit irritating.
