Voice Five Survey Popup Adware

Today after starting my computer I got two internet explorer popups for a "Voice Five Survey". And then another not long after that.

I ran scans with Avast and Malwarebytes and found nothing, even though articles I looked up on the adware don't seem to classify it as a particularly bad adware. I can't it manually through the uninstall list either, and I haven't had any popups since those first three.

I happened to post about this somewhere else and some guy on Reddit has the exact same thing. He says he's had it for a while and it will disappear and then reappear after a week or so.

Attached are logs. Except MGtools.zip. I'm not sure where to find this. I open the MGTools folder (which I know the guide says not to include any logs from) and I see a zip folder called MGlogsR.zip, but I figure I should ask before attaching anything.
