VoiceZone Connect won't connect

    Time Warner Cable's VoiceZone Connect will not connect. Get "cannot connect error... try again later". Time Warner can't figure it out, even their elevated techs. Used to work just fine until this July. Any ideas out there on how to fix it.... have uninstalled it many times... nada. Comes in quite handy... help?
