is this normal voltage for my CPU? i overclocked a 64 X2 3200+ bus speed to 220.00 MHz (w/16x multi) and the core voltage (in CPU-z) is jumping around from 1.440 to 1.456 to 1.472 at seemingly random intervals. is this normal?

Yes. It's normal. You're talking about a 'jump' of only .032v. If you're really worried about it, you can poke around the AMD site for info, but some really high OCs require voltages up to and over 1.55v. The actual voltage used by the CPU will vary as computing needs increase or decrease. This is why you see the minor fluctuation. As long as the PC is stable, and you have adequate cooling (keep the CPU idling under 45-50c), then it should be OK.
