VPN Assisstance please

    Here we go!
    I have an Equinet Netpilot Plus web, mail, proxy server as my network gateway and at home i have a single pc with xp pro sp1.
    what i want to be able to do is connect to work from home.
    i have never touched VPN b4 now but need to get it done rather urgently.
    Can any1 please help
