Hey, I recently installed a new video card in a friends system. However, ever since theres been an error apper after around half an hours gaming saying:

"VPU Recover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding to graphics driver commands"

Any idea on what to do? I know my stuff about computers so I don't mind if its too complex to fix.

Have you tried updating the graphic card drivers?

Don't rely on the supplied CD as they can be pretty old. Go to the manufacturers site.

Also, try disabling VPU Recoverer and Fast Writes in the Bios if applicable.
