vshare plugin & Intellinet wireless USB drivers

    Can anyone comment on vshare plugin if it is safe to download or is it spyware? and how useful the Intellinet wireless USB drivers are.

    I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 with Windows XP Media Center Edition, SP3 and my browser is Firefox.
