VST.VSTI_Dragon_Drop ???

I downloaded this file (VST.VSTI_Dragon_Drop_) while searching for VSTIs. I couldn't open it so I decided to delete it but it keeps saying another program is using it but I don't have any of my programs running so I scanned it (the file 76.6mb) with Norton IS 2008 and Bullgaurd IS 2008 and came up clean of viruses and spyware. Windows did a file association and it came up as "unknown". I googled it and I only got one hit! The site I think I downloaded it from. I can't seem to find anymore info on it, let alone what program is using it or how to get rid of it. I'm running Vista Prem on an HP Pav desktop. Any help would be appreciated. Thx in advance.

I found the application it was running in. A bittorrent program I recently downloaded that apparently stays running in the background after exiting and doesn't show in taskmanager applications but does show in processes. Anyway after removing it from the bittorrent prog I was able to delete it. It still bugs me though cause its not a vsti not malware or virus. What is it? Sorry if I wasted anyones time.
