My computer appeared to be running normally and I did a scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner and it said that I had trojan:Win32/Vundo.gen!AM that was located in c:\documents and settings\myname\application data\#isw.fs#\normal\ffffffffffffd4a8.isw. None of the anti-malware programs is detecting this. I also used ZoneAlarm Internet Security anti-virus and it showed that I had two trojans that it quaritined but did not show the original infection. I have followed the intial directions to remove and have attached the log files. Any help would be appreciated:)

I am not seeing anything in your logs....I suggest that you find the offensive file and delete it.

I also suggest that you go back to Computer Hope and finish what you started with them as it is a waste of either our time or theirs to have two ongoing threads at two sites.
