Vundo/Virtumundo Trojan?

Hello,
I believe my computer is infected with some form of the Vundo Trojan.. I've ran everything.. AVG, Spybot, Windows Malware Removal Tools.. nothing could get rid of what Spy Sweeper identified as Troj/Virtum-gen.

It's weird because you couldn't really tell my computer was infected.. it doesn't seem much slower than usual and I don't get any annoying pop-ups. However, whenever I start-up my computer I get a dialog/pop-up box with 'RunDLL' in the title bar that reads:

"Error loading C:\Users\Tyler\AppData\Local\Temp\xxwvs.dll. The specified module could not be found." Could this be the virus being recreated every time my computer reboots?

Is there anything that can be done to get rid of this? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
