Vundo WinFixer issue

I ran XoftSpySe and it came up with Vendor: WinFixer, Type: File, Location: C:\Windows\system32\pmkhe.dll and Vendor: Vundo Trojan, Type: Registry Key, Location: software\microsoft\juan. It could not remove this problem.

I ran the Symantec vundofix.exe and it did not find anything, I even ran it under safe mode and it still found nothing. I can't do anything on the Internet as I keep getting redirected. I ran McAfee in safe mode and it also found nothing. I am at a loss of what to do next. Please help, I had to post this from another computer!!
