W11 Hanging On Restart.

Hope I've posted this to the correct forum. My W11 PC hangs when I do a restart. If I shut down, wait a few seconds, and start, everything is ok. If I do a restart, it freezes and I have to enter BIOS and F10 which, for some reason, works OK. It's not a major issue but it means when I am asked to restart after an update I know I will have to a shut down and start again.

I have a Prime B450 Plus Mobo with UEFI BIOS. I have been advised that it may be a BIOS setting but I can't figure out what setting it may be.

 

I had a MB with a almost dead cmos battery that did that. Just a grasp at a straw, but worth a check.
