W32.Alcra.B and IEXPLORE.EXE ??

    I did everything that the "read & run me first" post said to do and I still have problems. .. and I just SUPER sorry if I've done something wrong in this post..

    Hi and Welcome

    You will have to really follow the Read Me guide as you have only posted a Hijackthis log and sadly that is not enough on its own to assist you in removing the malware on your PC, judging by your HJT log you did none of the other things mentioned in the guide,

    All missing.........
    • CounterSpy
    • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
    • Bitdefender - from step 6 < RUN but no attached log
    • Panda Scan - from step 6
    • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
    • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat

    please re-run the guide adn follow the steps one by one collect the logs on the way and post them in this thread once you have finished, then we can get to work in helping to remove the malware on your PC :)
