W32/Alemod.e.dll Virus

    My computer is infected with this. The file infected is C:\windows\system32\wininet.dll

    I can't delete the file, clean it, or quarantine it with any program or manually. I get a message similar to "The disk may be full for the file may be write-protected" something like that.

    It's rather annoying. Any suggestions?
