w32.sinnaka advice

i came across this page yesterday while looking for a removal tool for a virus i got while reinstalling all my software. i found several threads about people with what sounded like the same thing i had, but no removal tools for it.

i understand completely. im not tryin to ward people off your site, and there will be a ton of spyware left over once that virus is gone. that virus seems to like to install spyware. by the time i figured out what was goin on yesterday, i had so much junk in my computer that it barely moved. however, after using that antipuper, everything came under control and i was able to use yer antispyware tools to get rid of the remainders.

you can mess around all day long removing spyware and taking logs, but you have to get rid of the root of the problem first. sinnaka tells you its there when it hijacks your browser. doesnt it make sense to kill it first then deal with the residuals?
