W7 IE HiJacked with porn, PcOptimizer & related malware

W7 machine with IE hijacked by porn popups and various downloads of programs such as PCOptimizer, Conduit, bogus media players. I couldn't believe it took just shy of 14 hours to run Malwarebytes! Scans are attached.

 

Things are running better. Thanks for the quick reply. I've attached the Hitman log after deleting everything in the last scan. Should I need to run any of the other scans again?

Thanks again for your tremendous help. I apologize for the delayed reply. All is well with this machine and it is back on track. I performed the cleanup.

I have a lot of friends and family that even though they have up to date and adequate protections on their machines they tend to fall victim to mis-clicks and enticing emails then.... poof! They come crying to me. I have pointed them in your direction many times but they almost always say "here you do it for me you know how to do this repair stuff". I help them out by posting here because it seems too complicated for them to follow instructions and upload a few files to get their machine running again. That is why you will see me here from time to time.
