Waiting for new toy to arrive... Grrrrrr

I tell ya what, I am an impatient bastige!

Got a new phone just over a week ago, Nokia E63, but had some issue's with it, think it was software related, however I was getting an exchange but the following day my replacement didn't arrive and I recieved a call saying that they we not getting any more models, so I had to upgrade, free of charge to the Nokia 5800 Express Music, it was originally meant to be sent on friday, however I just got the tracking code today and found that it was not sent until yesterday arvo, and it hasn't arrived at my local depo, so it's likely to arrive on tonights flight, due for delivery tomorrow!

Argh, I am very anxious, and very figgety waiting for it, I was really hoping it was gonna be delivered yesterday as it was on an overnight service, but because I was originally told it was sent out on friday, not yesterday, it won't be till tomorrow at the very earliest.

Anyone else have this phone? if so, whats it like, it appears to be Nokia's first touchscreen handset and answer to its foe, the iPhone...

No I dont have that phone, Im not a fan of touchscreens but Im sure you will love it.

I know how you feel! I'm waiting for my jewerly supplies to come and they probably wont get delivered until friday and I want them now!! :crybaby :-D

 

LOL@dyamond!!!! I totally agree with that impatient acting smiley!! Geeze it's hard waiting for something..... time seems to go SO SLOW!! I am waiting patiently, using DIALUP however, on the couriers website, tracking section, refreshing to see when it is scanned in for Darwin, so I can ring them and see if I can pick it up, becuase their's no chance of the driver delivering it today, they have a 7am pickup, then deliver their cargo for the day and thats it, they don't go back for a second load or anything like that...

According to nokia's site, it has 30fps video capture on a nHD screen, with a carl zeiss optics, I don't see a MMS feature though, I hope its intergrated, it has an e-mail client, however I only have a dialup e-mail that I barely use, don't think anyone even knows it, I gave everyone my live.com account, and have been using that, but I don't think its even possible to check your hotmail account via an e-mail client, becuase it needs a POP/SMTP address which isn't pop.live.com or smtp.live.com, tried that and failed...

hehe, ahhh well, twiddle me thumbs waiting, can't wait to get my grubby big hands on it and give it a whirl...

I was doing the same thing!!!! LOL stalking the delivery website with my tracking number thinking when it will arrive will change if I refresh it every 5 minutes..patience is one virtue I do not have! :-D

That looks like pretty sweet phone and it has a full keyboard! I've been so spoiled by mine I dont think i could ever go back to a phone that doesnt have one, I love that I can check my email with my phone too. I hope you get your phone soon! LOL
