earlier today I had my wallet stolen, I don't know how or why, but it happened. It had no money in it, but it DID have my social security and my license, now the question is, what the hell do I do? any help is greatly appreciated, I'm really nervous right now.

Working at the Police Department I can tell you the best thing to do is think, try to figure out where you last saw it, try to remember anything you can. It may not come to you now, but it will eventually.

If you had any credit/debit cards call your bank immediately and have them canceled. There really isn't much you can do about the SSN card except get another one, same for the license. Hopefully if someone finds it if you lost it they will try to return it If it was stolen and there is no money in it they will most likely throw it somewhere and leave it.

If they are somewhat smart they may be able to get your SSN and do something illegal. We have dealt a few times with this, you can see our local site below for more information about this.
