Wallpaper changing & AVG won't update

Hi,

I seem to have malware that changes my wallpaper ramdomly to other pictures on my hard drive and won't allow AVG to update. I've followed the listed steps and have posted the logs below.

Your SAS version is outdated, before we continue please uninstall your current version and reboot. Once rebooted, please download the updated copy below and install once complete. Before running the scan, update the definitions and then configure the scan settings per the thread below.

Once the scan has completed, attach the new log to your next post along with a new ComboFix log.

Thanks for the reply. This problem is on my parents computer and I won't be able to back to their house until Friday, so I'll reinstall SAS and run it and ComboFix and post the updated logs then. I hope this isn't a problem.

Don't just reinstall, you must uninstall the current version, reboot and then reinstall the current version.

I uninstalled SAS, restarted, and re-installed and ran it with the suggested settings. I also re-ran ComboFix. I've posted both logs below.
