   After i got rid of nasty hijack my desktop wallpaper modification was disabled. i assume there must be a registry key value for this but i cant seem to find it. Im running xp home and right clicking on desktop going to properties and under desktop im totally locked out, only thing i can do is press costomize but that dosent seem to help. Any ideas?
