In my system whenever I start in the next day it shows with the different time. Then again I need to change the time in my system. Please help me how to set the time constant and run correctly even if the system shut downs.

You probably need to replace your CMOS battery. It's a small battery on the motherboard that needed to keep BIOS settings and the time while the computer is off. See How To Install A CMOS Battery for detailed info.

I agree with usafveteran. If you want to test the battery you could check it with a multimeter.
