    .... Radio and music?.... Thats pretty generic.

    Internet Radio? FM radio? and what do you mean record music? from a cd? or record music to a cd from the pc?

    Reaper (http://reaper.fm)

    It's not free though, (but rather cheap) and the only limitation after the trial period is a popup window when the program starts.

    Audacity is good as well, but I personally don't like the interface.
