Who cares? Really sad isn't it when the courts have to try and justify their position in government with spending as much tax payers money as they can?
More important issues in the world than Ms Jackson's breast and her costume :mad

Truer words never spoken! Our Congerss wastes too much time with stupid issues, when they can find the time to even show up there. I bet they had a full roll call the day they showed the wardrobe malfunction there though.

I am sure video evidence will be presented. Probably with captions and arrows pointing to the offending boob.

What's ridiculous about all this is it happened so fast, no one would've noticed...until the media replayed it over and over again. I just finished watching the British version (the original) of "The Office". You'll never see that on U.S. TV.

i don't know how the rules work in the US about nudity but here we get boobs in soap/hair/clothes commercials and just about everything else no one would give a second glance at a boob falling out of a dress.

In America, nudity is nudity, and not allowed unless you're 18 or 21 and up. At least in ads and broadcast TV. Sex may be implied, but not shown (at least for now). Once you go to cable/satellite, then it gets fuzzy.

Some times i wish the US would lighten up about this stuff.

BTW anyone hear about whats going on now with what Kathy Griffin said? people just need to lighten up she said it in sake of comedy and its her right to say what she said.

I think this is the real mission. They want full control over all broadcasts. More money for them that way. Comedy Central is just as profane as HBO once the sun goes down.

Once the kids go to bed (supposedly), is when things really get fuzzy. But what kid wouldn't want to see what they aren't allowed/supposed to see? So they stay up later... More of this content gets produced, and it just continues
