Please do not post logs inline with messages. All logs must be attachments. Also HJT must be installed properly and HJT logs must not be attached until the standard cleaning sticky thread (the READ & RUN ME) has been completed.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

- You should start by running this: SpywareStrike, Smitfraud, SpySheriff, SpyAxe & PSGuard Removal which may resolve your Desktop problems. Make sure you attach the smitfiles.txt and PandaActive Scan logs to your next message.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

You do not need to run the Panda Active scan online scanner again in step 6 since you already ran it above with SmitRem. But you must run BitDefender and attach the log as requested.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
