Warning? message from PCTools 7 firewall @ 1st bootup

    Uninstalled previous version PC Tools firewall plus 6

    After installing PC Tools firewall plus 7, at the next bootup I got the following message:

    I answered "Yes" to create a new rule to Allow this process.

    Is this a problem?? :confused

    A full system scan with Avast 5 three hours earlier was clean.
    Also a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware prior to FW install which was clean.
