Need help with this malware. I got it yesterday. I tried to clean it up using Super antispyware which is showing that my pc is infected but is not able to clean it.
I can't access any website from this pc to download any remedial stuff to my infected pc and web page always show "Page not found" though I can browse some regular websites just fine.
The task manager was inactive, but I made it active some how.
Need advise on how should I start to remove this malware.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Run as much of the below as possible. If necessary, download tools using another PC and then copy to the problem PC using a flash drive, CD,...etc. You can also attempt running scans in safe boot mode if necessary.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

the biggest problem I'm having is that I'm not able to access internet. I'm logging this reply from my work laptop. The infected laptop opens home page, which is Google but after I type any URL, it throws the regular Microsoft Internet Explorer error message. I can't download even the latest Java RunTime environment. I checked for any malware using add/remove options but didn't find any programs, which looked like malware.

Yes I know and that is why I said the below
If you cannot do this, there is not much we can do for you since you need to run some scans and get us some logs so we know what is really going on. Without logs, we are in the dark and cannot begin to guess what the real problem is. You said you ran SUPERAntiSpyware already and it did not clean up the problem. Get us a log from it so we can see what it found. SUPERAntispyware is part of what we want you to run in the READ & RUN ME.

Here are the two logs from SUPER Antispyware, which I ran on my PC in safeboot mode.
The first log suggested that my pc is heavily infected. SUPER Antispyware removed some of the malwares.

I ran SUPER Antispyware again and it showed only 3 malwares.

However, the PC is still behaving the same way. It still has desktop wallpaper saying "Warning: Spyware threat has been detected on your PC"

You need to run some of the other tools so that we can help you. If you still have no internet access (have you tried using safe mode too?) then you have to download the tools to another PC and copy them to this PC. We need the logs from Malwarebytes (which may fix more of your problem), ComboFix (which you will need later for more manual instructions), and from MGtools (which well show us other things that need to be removed manually).

thanks a lot for all your help. I think I've managed to remove the malware as my laptop is now working as earlier. I've taken also note on how to keep the laptop malware free..there are some good tips there. Thanks for those as well.

You're welcome but you really should have completed the instructions and attached the other logs. You may still have infections even it you do not notice them. Some of the infections seen in your SAS log will download other files and other infections to your PC and could possibly even steal information. It would be in your best interest to finish the procedures.
