How do you watch webcams that don't have a delay on them? I was trying to view New York - Times Square with Camvista.com http://www.camvista.com/usa/ec/newyork.php3
But there is a 4 second delay here, and I know that it is possible to watch webcams with continuous play. The site suggest that I download Windows Media Player 11 to go with my current system WinXP. I use Intel Celeron CPU3.06ghz with 1gb ram.

The delay is set by the site owner, in this case probably to save bandwidth, nothing you can do if you don't own the cam in question.

Thanks for that info. I honestly thought it was my PC.
