Water bottle rockets

This is forlorn hope. About a year ago I saw a fairly scratchy video about engineering students, I think, from Japan who strapped a square frame with about 20 or so 2 litre water bottle rockets on one of them and fired him off the end of a pier. He went quite a way before smashing into the water.

I'd really like to get my hands on a copy. Has anybody come across it?
