If you are looking for a different browser to check out.I would recommend Firefox Nightly.It is bases off of Android phones it is all so updated regularly.I have been using waterfox classic for the last couple of years but the Dev decided to scrap it after these many years.And now has move to the off base of firefox version which in my opinion is annoying.

Waterfox classic is now junk it has issues with web sites and stop responding errors for no reason.

I find that Firefox nightly is speedy and fast on android and now its on desktop.

Firefox Nightly is beta software. Also 90.0a1 is not the current version; it is 96.0a1 so you are using an unpatched browser that came out in April 2021.

I use Firefox ESR. Currently at v91.3. (updated Nov 2, 2021) I chose that version years ago because it doesn't update as often. The same version with security updates only is good for a year.

I stopped using Waterfox when they stopped offering a 32 bit version. Since two of our computers are 32 bit, I could not install that browser.

I agree with you.These Dev's that just give up after years is just terrible.If i was able to update this stuff my self i would.If the Dev's don't want to do it any more they should leave it to the community's they do have.Their are a lot of people that would take up these projects.

I used Palemoon for years simply because he used FF's old addon system and I didn't have to run around looking for replacement addons for things I really liked. The developer is abrasive and so are some of the people who are mods on the PM forum. Despite that, I did go there and post a few times asking for help.

Then he decided to go to a completely new addon system with v 29.2. To me, he was doing exactly what FF did except PM doesn't have the amount of addons that FF does. I couldn't see the point of using PM any more because the reason I originally switched disappeared. I went back to FF ESR.
