Much better than the hydrogen peroxide powered jet pack you can fly around all day compared to the 30 secs with the peroxide and if it fails you don't die you just get wet

 

Shades of James Bond!!:-D That is one gizmo I really wouldn't mind having...that would be a blast and I really like the idea of getting wet....NOT dying!!:eek If they ever put that on the market, I wonder what it would cost?

 

The worst you get is a nasty belly flop if the water pump stopped, besides being dragged down by the umbilical chord type firehose and harness into the abyss and drown. :-D I'd love to see the MythBusters do this one. They already 'flew' a car on water jets.
