Yeah it kinda is, but this way I will be able to offer better computers sytems to my customers, by offering them installed versions of windows instead of blank hard drives and let them find their own, this way a lot of the hardware problems, etc are solved here and the customer gets a plug and play system, and to be honest with you right now I have 10 computers sitting here with no OS on them, and thats is not useful for the people that would be interested in these lower end computers. So to stay legal and increase our business thats the way we went, now if I can find a reasonable diributor for M$ products....
