Here in Colorado. Mountains have great snow and skiing. Here, nestled in the foot hills (in the 'banana belt'), we are getting several inches of snow and a miserable cold snap. Down to 10 F tonite and 3 F tomorrow. I envy those of you 'down under'.

i'd kill for a bit of cool. Today got up to 34c about 93.2 F with humidity at around 85%. Its not even summer yet(2 days to go). Have had to knock my folding boxes back to stock fsb setting and the dual cores fan is still running at 4250rpm

here in central Ohio can't complain riding the tail end of a four day warm spell, it's supposed to hit 65 today with some showers, right now @ 8 am it's 56F, not that bad for late November.

I thought Colorado was to the south of US (because of the name:) ) . Here (Greece) we are being through quite high temps for this time of the year. We had a daily average of 20 C the previous week.

Yesterday it snowed and I stole my husband's 4x4 to get into work. Today it is clear....too clear...ice everywhere and freakin' cold. Avoided all black ice getting in to work..some weren't so lucky. Brrrrrrr......

The night was dark and dreary
The air was full of sleet
The old man stood out in the storm
His shoes were full of... feet.

Very dark here now. Sun is supposed to rise at 8 am, and set at 3 pm. I suppose it does, but it's been cloudy most days for the past month, so it is hard to tell... Feels like twilight most of the day. But at least it gives me a good excuse to spend most of the non working time relaxing with my feet on the desk, keyboard in lap, sipping hot glögg! :D

The part I don't understand is that we're warmer than usual here. Course that will change once the rain ends. At least I think that's the case. At this rate, who knows what will happen.

Darwin, NT, Australia is at the start of the tropical Wet Season........A very uncomfortable time for most with temperatures between 34 and 38 Cel and humidity constantly in the 90's! (overnight low of 26 cel)
Unless you are in an air-conditioned enviroment, or standing directly under a roof fan, you are sweating lots and lots (even standing still), you can see why we call this the 'Tropo' season as tempers are frayed and people are not their normal, friendly, selves.
I Agree with mgpower0, and would love an icy breeze.....

@strange1......those temps are colder than the inside of my fridge! I have often wondered what its like to live in a cold 'winterland' enviroment....sounds very nice!
I have never even seen snow in my entire life....only in the movies. hehe!

I have to look at beefing the air-conditioning supply units by a few horse-power, in my computer room (geek control centre) in an effort just to keep my AMD's from frying!

Its very hot up North in OZ at the moment, and trust me.....you guys wouldnt like it, but if your game to try, I have a cool box stocked with some of our coldest, finest amber drop and a plunge pool nearby (bring your own sunscreen)!

    Cheers to all!!

We've been hovering around -18C (0F) for a few days and we've had quite a bit of snow, so everything looks cold, white and crisp.
Notice how laurie jumps in on these weather threads with her "boring" weather reports.:p Who wants all that warm weather anyways. This cold builds character, doesn't it? Right? Hello? Hellooo. Hmm, I think everyone went to Hawaii.;)

Was cold, wet and blowing a gale yesterday. Today is a nice 25degC (80f) and fine for the last day of spring in this part of the world. Beh, don't need Hawaii for beautiful weather, though it wouldn't be a bad idea, I'll admit. :)

68degrees here in the 'Cuse today. Am lovin this nice weather, but my German Shepard is blowing coat again which means I have to vacuum like every day to keep up with it.

We are currently behind about 11inches in annual snowfall... works for me, my knees aren't hurting as bad as they usually do this time of year :)

Here in the UK it’s raining and it never stops.
    Its 13°C and wet.
I would be happy with snow or sunshine anything but rain.

Talking about weather reports... Has anyone tried Weaterscope? I installed it a couple of months ago but spybot and AVG as kept reporting a cooky related to it so I kicked it out.

I use Weatherbug. There is a school near my house that a member of my department installed a weather station at about 10 yrs ago, and that is what shows on my weatherbug. BTW it got down to -6 F last nite but warming up nicely to 0 now. I hate winter.

In Oklahoma we are having a Winter storm at the moment. It has been sleeting since early this morning and it's beginning to snow now. With wind chill added in, it feels like ZERO DEGREES outside!!!!!! Some fun, eh?
