Right click start, click on explore, tools ....folder options .....view tab, and check show hidden files and folders and show full path .... ok out. Scan down to local disc (C ....documents and settings .... administrator or what ever user account you ave and expand local settings ... down to temp. internet ...ie6 and click on each folder to display all the temp files in that folder. Click on view tab and choose thumbnails .... if you find dirty pictures, right click on the picture and choose properties .... will give you a date and time that the file was looked at. When done, control + a to choose all, then delete, then ok/enter to remove it all.
