Web Cam For Surveillance

We live in a large apartment building and we have a lot of breakins of trucks & cars. The building itself has cameras in the building itself but not the parking lot. We ourselves have had our truck broke into 4 times and license plates stole 2 x. Ok I am looking for surviellance software for my web cam (logitech IM). Please any help appreciated. I think it's basically free, but to use all the features and get rid of the nag screen will cost $29.95. A friend of mine uses it for surveillence in a hotel he owns in San Francisco; it's set up in the office and you can get live feeds from any PC, anywhere. Check it out. There's also a package that comes with it's own web cam called 'SafeWorld PC Surveillence Kit'. It's not free and I'm sure of the cost but it may be worth Googling.... GOOD LUCK!
