Web Cam

I just just bought this web cam on Friday and I can not get it to work please help. This is the error I am getting "The NTKERN.VxD device loaders for this device could not load the device driver (Code 2)". I called their tech support and they could not help me. I have win98 Se.

 

I dont't have a windows 98 cd

 

In microsoft I found this info can you explain how I would edit liek it says to do.

I understand that but i dont know how to get to the file or even edit.

I am sorry but I think this whole thing is a lost cause. I found it like you said and it was empty. I even did a sysedit and all the files came up with stuff in them, and the autoexec there was also empty.

 

Does anyone else have any ideas for me please help.
