Web searches are being re-directed

When I get search results (google, yahoo, etc) I click on the links but they seem to re-direct me to other sites or web search type engines.
For example things like this:
http://mov-x-archive.com
http://up-search.com
http://10-top.com
Also to casinos or it may go straight other websites- which it seems to choose by whatever my keyword is.

Then for a while it will work okay for 1 or 2 of the links but then it is back to re-directing me.

I ran the "run and readme first" things but I'm still having the problem.
I've attached the logs.
Any help?

oh, and I'm on windows xp and using internet explorer.

 

Not sure if I use a proxy server or not?
I have comcast high speed cable internet.

I re-ran the bitdefender before doing those steps and have attached it.

I followed the steps you described and it seems to have cleared up the issue I was having in internet explorer (as far as I can tell).
