Web-Site Hacked, Host Concerned About Key Logger

    My web-site at HostGator was hacked by someone logging in with correct FTP credentials. As I am the only one (other than the host) who had these credentials they are concerned about a key logger. I followed the Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure and am attaching the logs.

    The only concerns I saw were some registry entries, a suspected bad process which I authored using AutoHotkey and the MBR read Error on Drive 0.
