Web Site Software

HHHHeeeeellllllppppppp Please, I'm looking for some advice, I would like to
develop my own web site if possible, is there any software available to do this
or do I have to hire this out. I would like to be able to upload pictures and text mostly. With room for page expansion in the future,

 

You can get free hosting there is many sites that do this, also a great free software you should use if you are into photos is without doubt Coppermine you can bridge this with free forum software and i would recommend www.simplemachines.org it is easy to install and setup on your server. And the 2 go well together.

You need to first find out a free host, but if you are willing to spend about $3 a month then get a paid host it is better. If your site traffic (amount of those viewing) is low then $3 is plenty a month.
