webcam help

was wondering if any one couldhelp me with web cam? ; have a presario CQ57 note book of course came with onboard cam and youcam , dont use it much but , turned on the youcam the other day and it says warning capture failed ok so i went on my yh messenger and did my cam there ; black screen went to device mngr went too webcam 101 said driver up to date rebooted pc , deleted youcam program reinstalled said i had to close yh messener bcause it was running youcam so i did finiched that and still black screen on both so i used the yh cam to scan and detect cam it said no capture device detected ; any idea's?

 

i think your webcam is damaged somehow. if you have warranty take it to the HP store.
