Websearch registry keys

My friends computer was badly infected, mainly with trojans, diallers, HotBar, and My Websearch.

I believe I've removed all of it now, but in the registry, there's an entry which contains the following:

In: My Computer\ HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MyWebSearch.HTMLPanel, there's a folder of the same name - MyWebSearch.HTMLPanel - which contains a sub folder called CLSID. This has a string of numbers under 'data':
{3E720452 - B472 -4954 - B7AA - 33069EB539063}

Underneath this is another subfolder called 'CurVer', which contains MyWebSearch.HTMLPanel.

Is this whole folder safe to delete? Or can I leave it as a dormant registry key? Thanks very much.

Sorry about this, I tried to edit the original post but I was timed out.

In addition to the folders above, there's also two more folders named 'My WebSearchPsuedoTransparentPlugin'.
Both contain a subfolder,'CLSID', which has the numbers {7473D294 - B7BB - 4f24 - AE7E2CE94BB6A9} listed under 'data' , with one also containing the words " My WebSearchPsuedoTransportPlugin' in the 'data' field.

Thanks for that.

I managed to get rid of it after all... much to my embarrassment, but for the benefit of anyone reading this with the same problem - I'd forgotten to run Spybot S&D, and once I'd done so, no more my websearch!
