Hi all. I have a specific question, and if it's in the wrong place I'm sorry!

Here goes. I received support on how to point my website to my static IP, and it worked! Yay for that. Now...when I try to look at my website from my own work station and/or the server...I get a prompt to enter my name and password for my modem. THEN...it takes me to my modem page - NOT the website. However, when I enter the IP address for the site...it takes me right there. He was able to view my site from his PC with the www. address - I still can't. I have to use the IP address. We ended the session on that note. He couldn't take me beyond that. I'm thinking it's something fairly simple that we just couldn't wrap our brains around.

    Stumped

Oh, I tried to take a screen shot to post along with this, but no luck (aka skill...heh). It's just the basic Windows password manager that pops up. Bizzaro, indeed.

    Thanks for reading!
