website wont go away

there is a website that wont go away even if i click the "x" button some box just comes up and it wont go away either. it plays a video and music and never stops. i didnt download anything. all i did was click on it and and didnt go away. i found it when i searched google.

I have norton security and nothing really came up when i did a scan. I cant download anything because it has to go through my brother first and i dont want him to know or else he will get mad. Please help me i have no where else to go.

 

nevermind I fixed it just by restarting my computer hahaha i feel so stupid
