My issue is Internet Explorer does not display my website correctly.
The buttons on the left side it makes too large.

man, the CSS on that site is a mess.. make sure you're setting a font-size style for those items.

which buttons? do you mean the left blue bar is too large?

yes, the left blue bar in general is too big in Internet Explorer, all other browsers I tested it with work fine.
