Weird Event On Google Calendar

When I looked at my Google Calendar today I found a flight from LAX to NY! I did not schedule such a flight and can think of no reason why it would show up on my calendar. I clicked on it to see the source and it took me to an email from yesterday that has nothing to do with travel or my schedule - it's a page I subscribe to about estate sales. When I go to that email from Calendar I see the" American Flight #..." banner on top of the email. If I click on the same email from my inbox it isn't there. Is this a new kind of spoof? It didn't ask me for any info so I'm not sure how it would work.
Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks. Done. If anyone can tell me how it got there or point me to an article that explains it I'd appreciate it. If there's some vulnerability I should correct I'd like to know.

It was just a Google Calendar setting.
