Weird Problem With Android Phone

Hi,
I own an Samsung Android phone and have a very weird problem.
The phone connects to my car thru the Bluetooth and there is no problem. All apps are working correctly.
However, when I want to connect my phone to display the Google Maps on my car the app on the car doesn't start.

I tried to connect another phone - it works fine.
I tried to switch the SIM cards - works fine.

Any idea what t do and how to proceed?

It is not about the sound.
I have an Android Auto application installed on my phone. So when I start the car this application starts.
Now, when I connect the phone through the wire to the car the Android Auto application should get transferred to the car monitor.

It is as if I have 2 screens for the laptop - 1 attached to the laptop and second one is external. And so initially there is nothing displayed on the attached one.
So I need to change some settings on the phone so that this application become available on the car monitor.

Sorry for not explaining it clearly.

What's weird is that I went to the car manufacturer. They checked it and they said that the radio is at fault. They changed it, it worked for some time, but after that it stopped working again.

Either the phone picked up an update, or the radio firmware.

Any idea for the fix?

 

Did you post here because you believe its a Malware issue?

You may get more accurate help with your issue in Software, with more information such as App being used, Android version running on phone, connectivity options used for device (bluetooth/USB) etc!
