   In the win temp I have this folder tmp000002eb but the 0 have a red coloring to them same with this file below tmp00000000. It says I need admin to delete I am admin. I will do the initial malware steps when I get back May 2 just wanted to post this for now

   Go to run....type.....%temp% and wait....control + A to select all....hit delete....if you get a popup saying it needs admin...click box for do this for all...and continue.
