Well, I've gone and "done it" - ONCE AGAIN!

Last night, while attempting to clean things up on this machine, and clear some disk space (in Windows "Disk Cleanup" - and in "CCleaner"), I apparently "killed" something (I also went into: Disk Cleanup>More Options>Windows components>Clean up...) and now, when attempting to add some airtime to a prepaid cell phone online, I keep getting ~~~this message~~~ from them:

~***EDIT/UPDATE***~ Ok, I did a search (never seems to occur to me until AFTER I post here!) - and looks like it is a problem with the site/server (when I saw the word; "Internal" - I assumed it was my problem. Nevertheless, I still have the issue mentioned below).

I was "attempting", once again, to configure Outlook Express (to no avail, as so often is the the case), and making sure I was rid of the pre-installed Windows Components that we don't use (Fax, MSN Explorer, etc.). I am also seemingly unable to "Shut Down" and "Restart" the machine now, though I can go into "Stand By" and "Hibernate".

Executing a System Restore to a Checkpoint before the time when I made changes has not fixed things - any suggestions?

Have you changed or added any "security settings" or tried disabling your Firewall/Anti-virus and see if you can access the site?

I would also check under Tools > Startup in CCleaner and see if you recognize anything new that might be running.
